The name is an homage to the important silkworm – growing, diffused in all this territory, and witness by the mulberry trees that traces the estate.

The philosophy of our food is simple: very fresh wild fish and local vegetables of high quality, provided by organic farmers. All dishes are cooked with respect by the creativity of the young Marche’s chef Carlo Candria, careful observer of the flavors of the gastronomic traditions.
We are open from Tuesday to Sunday 20:00 to 22:30
Opening also for lunch, Saturday and Sunday 12:30 – 14:30
Sunday 21 and Monday 22 of April our restaurant will be open just for lunch. Closed Tuesday 23 of April. Thursday 25 of April open for lunch and dinner. Wedsnesday 01 of May open just for lunch.
