EASTER MONDAY BRUNCH

This year, as every year we are happy to celebrate the conjuction of Easter Monday festivty and  Casa Azzurra’s Opening with our bruch inspired to Marche tradition bending our usual culinary rules .

Will be served a buffet of:

Bio cheese from local farmers
Selected Bio cured meats from Scibè farm
Lasagne with saffron, artichockes, broad beans, green peas and asparagus
Typical Ascoli Piceno fried olives and fried local artichokes 
Vegetable quiche
Fresh broad beans
Bio boiled eggs
Buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes bites
Styr-fried chicory
 
Tarte and  colomba (typical Easter cake)
